Pre-stretch rollers you are describing are used for stretching film or other materials. The control panel allows the user to adjust the stretch ratio up to 250% and the “Stretch Control” feature activates an electromagnetic clutch on the first roller, allowing the stretch ratio to be varied from 0% to 250%.
